Subjecting The Root of Anxiety

There is no magic button or pill to rid our minds of anxiety provoking stimuli. We are bombarded everyday and almost every moment with images, sounds, and anxiety provoking events. If it's not on tv, it's on our phones/computers, if it's not on our phones/computers, it's in our environment and in the world.

We cannot escape it because the beast system seeks to keep our mind in the matrix. The matrix world systems are breaking down as prophecy tells us, so there is an increase in the attempts to distract us and keep our minds worried, enslaved, and Not on Yahuah's power to deliver us. What we can do is choose to believe Yahuah's word: Be anxious for nothing, submit anxious thoughts to Yahuah in prayer, and bring it under subjection to the Word (Torah).

FOUNDATIONAL SCRIPTURES: 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 KJV

3For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through Yahuah to the pulling down of strong holds;)5Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of Yahuah, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Yahusha;....

Is it that simple?

 Yes, with practice.

How often do I have to do this?

Everyday. All day. We can do all things through Yahusha who strengthens us.

Can you show me a scriptural example?

Read about the temptation of Yahusha in Luke 4:1-13. Pay attention to how He wields the sword of the Spirit against satan. For each attack, Yahusha used a specific word to bring the words of satan under subjection to Torah.

Whenever you are facing an anxiety provoking situation, you must have a scripture or two or three to bring to mind to combat and neutralize the thought that produces anxiety. Anxiety brings fear and torment. Yahuah has Not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

If you need help doing this, you can seekcounseling hereor with someone who will support your efforts to use Torah to help you recover.
